Campus Safety and Visitor Procedures

At Washington Episcopal School (WES), the safety, security, and well-being of our students is our highest priority and a shared responsibility among all members of our community. To help maintain a secure and welcoming environment, WES has established the following protocols for all campus visitors:

• Campus Entry: All visitors must enter through the main entrance located at 5600 Little Falls Parkway, Bethesda, MD 20816. Upon arrival, guests should check in at the Front Desk in the front lobby to receive a One-Day Visitor Pass from our guest kiosk.

• Parking: Visitor parking is available in designated areas on campus. Please follow posted signs and campus staff directions for appropriate parking locations.

• Building Access: Any visitor entering a WES building must wear a visitor badge, available at the Welcome Desk. This helps us easily identify guests and maintain a safe environment for all students and staff.

• Departure: At the conclusion of your visit, please return to the Front Desk in the front lobby to check out at our kiosk.
