HOT LUNCH

WES will again be using Ridgewells Catering to provide Hot Lunch to our students for 2024-2025.

Each month, Ridgewells will provide WES with a monthly calendar of daily menus and a complete ingredient list for each meal item. Monthly menus will feature foods that are in-season and themes based on the time of year. For PK3 through K, lunches will be brought to each classroom. For Grades 1 through 8, we will offer a buffet-style lunch. The nut-free daily menu will include the following options:

• Hot entree
• Hot vegetarian entree
• Starch side dish
• Vegetable side dish
• Daily specialty salads (e.g., pasta or potato salad)
• Full deli bar (Boar’s Head)
• Full salad bar with multiple fresh toppings
• Weekly dessert (every Thursday or Friday)

Pricing and Registration

Families will have two opportunities to register for the Hot Lunch Program. Each registration covers a full semester (with the difference in cost between the first and second semesters based on the number of lunch days in each period).

• Semester 1 (September 4 – December 19) – $663
• Semester 2 (January 6 – June 2) – $897

Registration for Hot Lunch is open on Wednesday, August 21 at 6:00 p.m. and will remain open until September 5 at 5:00 p.m. at www.w-e-s.org/register.
