Enrolling in an independent school is a big decision, and we want our prospective families to get a strong sense of WES and what it offers. Our private tours of our Bethesda campus are tailored to meet each family’s interests. Your private tour will provide:
- A view of WES classrooms and an understanding of the program and curriculum highlights that are of greatest interest
- An opportunity to ask detailed questions focused specifically on your child’s and family’s needs
Campus Safety and Visitor Procedures
At WES, the safety, security, and well-being of our students is our highest priority and a shared responsibility among all members of our community. To help maintain a secure and welcoming environment, WES has established the following protocols for all campus visitors:

Campus Entry: All visitors must enter through the main entrance located at 5600 Little Falls Parkway, Bethesda, MD 20816.

Parking: Visitor parking is available in designated areas on campus. Please follow posted signs and campus staff directions for appropriate parking locations.

Building Access: Upon arrival, guests should check in at the Front Desk in the lobby to receive a One-Day Visitor Pass from our guest kiosk. Any visitor entering a WES building must wear a visitor badge at all times. This helps us easily identify guests and maintain a safe environment for all students and staff.

Departure: At the conclusion of your visit, please return to the Front Desk in the lobby to check out at our kiosk.
