Grandparents & Special Friends Day

All WES Grandparents are invited to one of our favorite days of the school year: Grandparents & Special Friends Day. This year’s event, held on Tuesday, November 26, starts at 8:30 AM in the gym with a welcome from Head of School Danny Vogelman, student performances, and classroom visits, followed by our All-School Thanksgiving Chapel at 10:45 a.m. An 11:30 AM dismissal kicks off the Thanksgiving holiday. We are proud to welcome family members from around the globe as they share their grandchildren’s school experience.
WES was founded by parents and teachers. It continues to thrive because of the generosity of its community. Consider becoming a volunteer – from hot lunch to the library, we love our grandparent volunteers!
