The Before and After Care Program begins at 7:30 a.m. and ends promptly at 6:00 p.m. Campers participate in a variety of activities according to their interests such as arts and crafts, board games, reading, computer games, and playtime on our fully-equipped playground or indoor sports courts. Snack and refreshments will be provided in After Care.
Daily Drop-ins: Cost: $20/day for Before Care, $35/day for After Care
** Please call the camp office to let us know if your child is dropping into Extended Care.**
Note: After Care ends promptly at 6:00 p.m. Campers not picked up by 6:00 p.m. will be charged $2 per minute. Please call the After Care cell phone at 301-642-8600 if you are running late.
Upon registration, there is a non-refundable deposit of $50 per camper per week. If you've selected Before Care and/or After Care, there is an additional non-refundable deposit of $25 per camper per week. These deposits will be deducted from your final tuition bill.
All deposits are non-refundable, except when a program is full, or in the event that Summer@WES must cancel published offerings or services for whatever reason. If no space exists in the requested program(s), your deposit will be returned to you.
Full payment of tuition is due May 1, 2019.
No refunds will be given for withdrawal after May 31, 2019 regardless of the reason.
Paperwork & Medical Forms
All medical information and authorization forms need to be completed and on file by May 15, 2019. *Campers are not permitted to start camp without completed paperwork and full payment. Failure to return all necessary paperwork may result in the camper’s space being forfeited.
Summer@WES is designed for campers aged from three and a half years old to students entering Grade 9.
Summer@WES is a secular, non-denominational camp with no religious content. Summer@WES does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, physical or mental health, sexual orientation, or any characteristic protected by law, and is in compliance with all requirements of law and regulations with respect to the provision of services, employment decisions, and volunteer participation.
Summer@WES reserves the right to dismiss, without a refund, any camper or CIT who demonstrates inappropriate or unsafe conduct. Summer@WES reserves the right to cancel any class, program, or service for any reason including insufficient enrollment. Note: If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, parents will be notified in early May 2019.
Summer@WES reserves the right to use photographs, videos, or artwork of and by campers in promotional materials. Class content may vary from brochure descriptions at the discretion of the teacher. PDA’s, iPods, personal phone use, and other similar electronic games are not allowed at camp.
