What’s Happening to the On-Site Store?
As part of this transition, the on-campus store will be phased out. Remaining inventory will be available at discounted prices while supplies last. Once sold, we will no longer stock items at school. We encourage all families to use the online store during the scheduled sale windows to ensure your student has what they need.
Why Are Sales Windows Only Two Weeks Long?
Each time the Dragon’s Den Online Store opens, orders are collected during a two-week window to help us meet the minimum order requirement of 12 items across all families.
As soon as the store “closes,” all orders are processed together so that production can begin immediately. This allows Athletic House to efficiently print, package, and ship your items directly to your home.
By grouping orders, we are able to offer a wide variety of WES gear without carrying excess inventory—keeping the store sustainable, cost-effective, and convenient for our community.
Why Are There No Returns or Exchanges?
Because all Dragon’s Den items are made to order after the sale window closes, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
To help families order confidently, sample sizes for PE uniforms and hoodies are available to try on in the WES front office.
