It's the Event of the Year!
The WES Auction Gala is the social event of the year! The entire WES community is encouraged to come together to join in the fun! Each year, our Auction Committee develops an exciting theme and delivers a memorable and jovial night that is shared with friends–all while giving back to the school we treasure.
The evening includes:
- Silent Auction: Unique items only available on Auction night
- Live Auction: Exciting bidding opportunities during our sumptuous seated dinner
- Raise Your Paddle: A special project that benefits all WES Dragons
- Dancing to a DJ: Dance the night away to tunes curated by a professional DJ
“A Night in Casablanca” – In 2020, the WES gym was transformed into a magical Marrakech scene in support of our school community.
Auction 2026: Let's Get This Party Started!
The WES Auction Gala, a tradition since 1988, brings together our community to raise funds for the students and our school. Chair Nick Lellenberg and the Auction Committee are pleased to reveal this year’s theme: A Soirée to Bond. An avid James Bond enthusiast, Nick pitched this Auction theme for years and we’re finally bringing the cool, suave style of the world’s most famous 00 agent to life at this year’s Auction Gala. Your not-so-secret mission: attend the Gala at WES on Saturday, February 28 and enjoy an evening filled with intrigue, luscious food and drinks, silent and live auctions, dancing, and more. Because you only live once!

We welcome all donations, whether a gift card, item, or experience, that will be included in our Silent or Live Auctions. Please complete the form or call the Development Office to discuss your ideas. The deadline is January 23, 2026.
