WES parents are invited to participate in a Lenten Book Group in the WES Religion Room on five Thursday evenings during Lent in cooperation with St. Columba's Episcopal Church in Tenleytown.
Grade 3 STEM class students used their entrepreneurial skills and desire to help others to plan, promote, and orchestrate this book drive that will benefit local children in need.
Several weeks ago, Dr. Omékongo Dibinga came to WES and gave three special presentations to our community, —to parents, students, and faculty.
See our Grade 6 students—with the assistance of Grade 5 students—perform this wonderful play.
Our March First Friday had over 50 participants busy helping our WES community and beyond with many special activities.
Summer@WES features convenient one-week sessions from June 10–August 9 that will engage, entertain, and delight your child(ren) at WES, with trusted counselors, many of whom are WES faculty.
Make a difference by giving children's books to other children who do not have lots of things of their own with the WES Grade 3 STEM Class Book Drive!
WES is honored to host The Right Reverend Mariann Budde, Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Washington, on Wednesday, March 6, at 9:00 a.m.
On Friday, February 15, from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m., the KID Museum's educators are bringing their programming to WES!
Parents will learn the skills to engage in courageous conversations with their children about the challenges we face today.
