Summer@WES offers a Counselor-in-Training Program which is a wonderful opportunity to learn valuable leadership skills and gain work experience in a rewarding field with younger students. - Role playing to gain confidence in working with children
- Shadowing experienced counselors in various camper age groups
CIT will receive:
- Campers can receive 15 SSL hours per week
You'll work closely with Mr. Mehdi Elkassem, our CIT Coordinator. He will plan activities, assign camper groups, observe interactions with campers, and conduct one-on-one evaluation meetings to offer suggestions and answer questions about their experiences. For more information, please contact Mr. Elkassem at firstname.lastname@example.org.
"I love coming back each summer to see returning campers and to see how much they have grown and matured over the year. The campers at Summer at WES are truly special and I love interacting and spending time with them.”
