What is your favorite quote?
“Play is often talked about as if it were a relief from serious learning. Play is really the work of childhood.” -Fred Rogers
Why did you become a teacher?
I became a teacher to help kids discover that spark of excitement for learning something and the lifetime search to add to that spark.
With over 11 years of experience, Danielle has taught many grade levels! Most recently, she worked across the pond at TASIS The American School in England as a 1st Grade Teacher and later a Resource Assistant. Previously, she taught at Head Start in Vermont and Samaritan Rensselaer Children’s Center in New York, among others. In her free time, she enjoys reading, the great outdoors, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
