What is your favorite thing about being part of the WES community?
My favorite thing about being part of the WES community is knowing that new adventures await and the best is yet to come!
What has been the highlight of your experience at WES?
The highlight of my experience at WES has been building connections and making memories. WES provided me with an experience like no other. Who else can say their Grade 7 class trip was to Italy and they stayed in Vatican City? I love WES for taking me out of my comfort zone and supplying me with the necessary tools to be successful.
Bio:
I am a proud WES Dragon (Class of 2010) who is eager to return home! I am currently finishing an undergraduate degree in biology from Bowie State University with an expected completion date of May 2023. During my college years, I have held numerous roles at a number of area schools working as a substitute teacher, aftercare assistant, and a teaching assistant. My long-term career goal is to be a science teacher, like my former mentor and role model, Caterina Earle. In my free time, I enjoy watching crime documentaries, traveling, and attending shows.
